After six plus years of tax due diligence and contract reviews for multi-billion-dollar corporate acquisitions in public accounting, I now apply that same level of professional rigor to the NIL space. I use my background in high-stakes advisory for technology, entertainment and media companies to provide athletes, universities, and collectives with professional-grade business strategy and compliance oversight. My goal is to bridge the gap between collegiate sports and professional business management, ensuring every deal is built on a solid foundation.

Founder

A former Division I track and field athlete turned NIL consultant focused on athlete advocacy and NIL education. After earning my J.D., I completed an LL.M. in Taxation and spent six years in public accounting at Big 4 and mid‑tier firms, specializing in corporate M&A and state and local tax.

COO

A former D1 Track & Field athlete & team captain, I understand the heart & hustle of student-athletes. With a 5 year background in Influencer Marketing as a content creator and influencer talent manager, my focus has always been on community building, social strategy, and brand development to help creators navigate a sustainable career in the creator economy.
